The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine and satellite TV, while a baby cot and a highchair are available on request.
The apartment features a balcony and a private open/covered and furnished terrace, while the communal outdoor area offers a pool with a shallower area for children and a garden with a playground area.
Due to the excellent location, you will find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within 2-5 minutes on foot (150-450 m).
The nearest sandy beach La Penita is a 4-minute walk (350 m) from the apartment, while Playa Blanca is a 15-minute walk (1.3km) away.
Furthermore, the international airport of Lanzarote lies only a 10-minute drive (7.2 km) from the apartment, outside of Arrecife.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Recycling bins for cardboard, plastic, glass and organic waste nearby.

Great location and like a home from home. Communication from Paqui was excellent. We will definitely visit again.

Hospitality of host ,cleanliness and location of apartment.
Location quite after hours so perfect for good nights rest, but 2min stroll to all amenities. Our host easily contactable. Size and cleanliness of apt.Pool area very clean friendly helpful staff.
