Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you La Fauconnière, a large country house ideally located 5 km from the Belgian border and 20 km from the beach.
With its modern decor, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers.
Ideal for a family, with its vast 1500 m² landscaped garden and numerous amenities, you'll also enjoy an indoor Jacuzzi for relaxing at any time of day! With a surface area of 170 m², the gîte is laid out as follows: First floor - A large entrance hall - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dishwasher, oven, filter and Senseo coffee makers, hob, fridge...) - Living room with 2 sofas, armchair, TV and dining table for 6. A functional pellet stove is at your disposal (pellets extra). - A relaxation area with a Jacuzzi accessible all year round. - One bedroom with double bed (140x190) - Water point with shower and WC (no vanity unit) - A storeroom with access to the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). First floor - Bedroom with double bed (140x190) - One bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC Outside : - 1500 m² enclosed garden - Terrace with table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs Close by - Local shops in the town of Wormhout 5 km away (bakery, butcher's, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.) - Cassel museum 15 km away - Malo-les-Bains beach 20 km away - 5 km from the Belgian border Transportation If you come by car, a private parking space is available Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as kitchen towels, bath mats and some welcome products - Wifi available - Pets are not allowed - House equipped for children (cot, high chair, books and board games) - Jacuzzi secured by a flap lid - If you wish to use the pellet stove, bags of pellets will be charged at €8 each, payable on site - Parking space on site - We take care of cleaning after your stay, but the gîte must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
A deduction from the security deposit may be made in the event of non-respect of the premises. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Veel kleine gebreken en beschadigingen. in het interieur en inventaris.
Schoonmaak kan beter zoals bank en stoelen veel kruimels en zand en besteklade

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage Urlaub in diesem Haus. Es ist modern eingerichtet und hat dank des Whirlpools eine tolle Entspannungsmöglichkeit. Der Pool wird täglich vom Besitzer gewartet. Das ist schon bemerkenswert. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Besteck in der Küche gewünscht. Ansonsten tolles Haus in einer sehr ländlichen Gegend.
