The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this cozy family home for rent, ideally located on Le Crotoy's main shopping street, just 100 m from the beach! Come and discover the Baie de Somme, the Parc du Marquenterre, fishing and sand yachting. The 100 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a large living room, an open kitchen with dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 100 m² south-facing enclosed garden opens onto a lane leading directly to Le Crotoy beach. Linen and towels extra. We're waiting for you!
The house is composed as follows:
First floor:
Large living room with :
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher...
- Dining area with family table for 6 and access to garden.
- Bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate WC
First floor:
Accessible by stairs, the second floor may be difficult to access for people with mobility difficulties.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, desk, chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC. The bathroom has a sea view!
Exterior:
- 100 m² private, fenced, south-facing garden for sunbathing. A garden table and chairs are available for meals with family and friends. The garden overlooks a lane leading to Le Crotoy beach.
The house is ideally located in the center of town, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
- The market takes place every Friday morning on Place Jeanne d'Arc, next to the harbor. You'll also find all the seafood restaurants around this square.
Activities :
- Discover the region: Saint Valéry sur Somme, Valloires Abbey, Château de Regnières-Ecluse, Parc du Marquenterre.
- Sports: cycling, horse riding, hiking...
- Seaside activities: shell-fishing, longe-côte, sand yachting at Fort Mahon...
- Relaxation on the fine sandy beach of Le Crotoy, facing due south.
Transportation :
- By car: paid public parking spaces are available close to the house. Parking can be difficult in high season. Parking tickets can be purchased for €8 / day or €30 / week.
- Nearest train station: Noyelles-sur-mer train station, 15 min by car.
- Nearest airport: Rouen airport, 1h45 by car.
- By bus: intercommunal bus network.
- Bicycle hire available nearby.
Other comments:
- Staircase to first floor is steep. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility or the very elderly.
- Possibility of renting sheets and towels: 20 euros per set of sheets and 5 euros per set of towels.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
