The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms with showers and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a television, and a washing machine.
The home is suitable for children and a baby bed is available (upon request).
Guests can enjoy the breathtaking mountain view while relaxing on their balcony and see the Crist Rei hermitage nestled in the forest or stroll outdoors to the spacious furnished garden.
Visitors can also take advantage of the outdoor pool (with showers), sit in the covered or open terraces, or cook on the grill, all private features.
There are a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other shops within a 550 m to 1.3 km vicinity of the home, just 2 to 6 minutes by car.
The home is located close to the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO world heritage site, and offers great outdoor adventures.
The Alcudia Beach and the Platja de Muro beach on scenic Alcudia Bay are a 35 minute (18 km) drive from the property while the Coll dels Tords and the Area Recreativa Sa Coveta Negra hiking venues are 12 to 16 minutes (6 to 7 km) away by car.
The Pollensa Golf Club, a 9- (soon to be 18-) hole course, is a 26 minute (22 km) drive away.
There are also about 119 cycling routes of various kinds in the region that wind through the rustic coastal and mountainous landscape.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 37 minute (42 km) drive from the property.

Toller Garten, toller Blick von der Dachterrasse, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, gemütliche Kissen überall und auch im Februar gut zu heizen mittels Klimaanlage oben und unten im Haus sowie weiteren mobilen Heizlüftern. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!
