Set in the elite Ploče area, this two-bedroom apartment offers a spectacular view. The apartment’s large Juliet balcony is set overlooking the island of Lokrum and Old Town Dubrovnik. One of the most famous hotel in Dubrovnik, Grand Villa Argentina, is just a few meters away while the Old Town is within 10 minutes walking distance.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the second with a bathtub), a living room with a dining area hosting a table for four. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The lounge area opens onto a spacious balcony with table for five and a sun lounger; this balcony is the real highlight of the apartment, which offers some of the most outstanding view in Dubrovnik. Amenities include BBQ, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD TV, SAT TV, DVD, stereo, Wireless Internet access, air condition in the living room, dining room and 1 bedroom.
The historic Old Town and the famous Banje beach are 10 minutes away on foot, the apartment offers an ideal location for those who seek to wake up with a splendid view and be walking distance from the center. The nearest supermarket and ATM are located 300 meters away. The building has a short external stairway (20 steps) with an internal stairway of 20 steps that leads up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

We loved the apartment! The view is absolutely stunning and we appreciated the size of the place for our family of 4. It’s a 15 min walk to Old Town, close to a small super market and close to 2 great beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely located apartment on the hill above the Old Town (10-15' walk, depending on up- or downhill). The terrace has beautiful views of the Old Town and the sea. Banje Beach is an easy walk down the hill.Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The host and staff were very helpful when our flight was delated and we came. They were always quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating.
