The vacation home "Pergola 706" is located in the northwest of Sardinia, only 6 minutes walk (500 m) from the dream beach "La Pelosa" (which has restricted access and can be booked).
This is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.
The peninsula of Stintino is especially famous for its crystal clear water and finest white sand.
From a terrace at 200 m above sea level you can enjoy a unique panorama of the island of Piana and the untouched, wild Asinara National Park.
The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates 5 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, washing machine and satellite TV.
On the private covered terrace you can have breakfast and later enjoy a delicious dish prepared on the communal grill.
There is also a small shopping center 300 m from the property with a restaurant, market, bar and small stores.
To the popular excursion destination Torre della Pelosa you need only a 10-minute walk (750 m).
It is also worth taking a walk to the rocky promontory of Capo Falcone (7-minute walk, 500 m), from which you can reach the Spanish tower. There is a private parking space available on the street.
