In Ortisei (Sankt Ulrich) the Villa Martiner Apartments Emilia are situated centrally and quietly in a sunny and most popular position, close to the cable car to the hiking area Rasciesa.
From the cozy apartments, all with mountain views of Sassolungo and Sella and with sunny, castle-like rooms, guests can directly start hiking, skiing or biking. The 130 m² apartment Moritz consists of a beautiful, spacious living room with a splendid view of the Sassolungo and the Sella group, a very well-equipped kitchen with separate sitting area and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms paneled with spruce wood, as well as 2 bathrooms.
The property can therefore accommodate 6 to 9 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, an LCD satellite TV, board games, central heating and a washing machine.
The host offers a crib and high chair at no extra cost, which makes the apartment especially family-friendly.
The apartment also includes a private, ground-level terrace, starting from the kitchen, with evening sun as well as a shared barbecue.
As guests of the apartment house Villa Martiner you have free access to the swimming pool Mar Dolomiti.
The house is also surrounded by meadows and fruit trees, above the lively village of Ortisei and only a 10-minute walk from the village center and the lifts.
The Seceda cable car, your direct connection to the Sellaronda, the gateway to the Dolomiti Superski ski area with 1,200 kilometers of slopes, is easily accessible on foot in just a few minutes.
The "Rasötsch valley station" is 250 m away (a 3-minute walk) and "Seceda" is 550 m away (a 7-minute walk). A garage and a separate parking lot are available.
A charging station for e-cars is available.

Beautiful traditional woodwork and all modern comforts, this is a lovely apartment in a stunning building overlooking Ortisei. 10 minutes walk to the lift and 15 down to the town centre.
We had a great time, would recommend renting lockers at Seceda lift for skis and boots, though the boot room in the apartment is excellent.
