This spacious holiday home with rustic charm features a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (available in the living room, terrace, and one bedroom), air conditioning (in one bedroom and the living room), satellite TV, as well as a high chair and cot available on request. The highlight of this property is its large private outdoor area with a garden, pool (with a thermal cover to maintain temperature), covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
Restaurants and cafés are 2-5 minutes away by car, and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive.
The coast with several beautiful beaches is about 23 minutes by car, and Fuerteventura Airport is 33 minutes away. Parking is available on the property.
Four bicycles can be rented for an additional fee. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed for an additional fee. The property is partially powered by solar panels. IMPORTANT RULES: - Parties, celebrations, or any kind of event are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund and additional charges. - Pets: Allowed with prior approval.

The villa was in a quiet location .
A few little items need replacing such as the outside drying clothes rail , the wall mounted one is falling off , the stand alone one is all rusty .
A welcome book would be helpful to find out how to work appliances etc

Firstly the location...piece and tranquility.
The villa is a delight, natural stonework, tiled floors, high ceiling, 3m high sliding doors, open plan, air con to two primary rooms, superb kitchen, showers powerful and modern, pool (cool) but ideal, outside area vast, everything spotlessly clean, modern and high quality...
the location...not far from anything but far enough
