Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed and parties are strictly prohibited, as the house is located in a peaceful, family-friendly residential area. Racó Blau is set in Cap d'en Font, right by the sea.

The spacious house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and kettle, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (each with a hairdryer), accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine, TV, and a high chair and cot available on request for an extra charge.

The private outdoor area with terraces is perfect for relaxing, offering a garden, open and covered terraces, unfenced pool, outdoor shower, and barbecue.

Restaurants, cafés, and bars are 3–6 minutes away by car, and the nearest supermarket is a 9-minute drive (4.2 km).

The beach is just a 6-minute walk (500 m), and Menorca Airport is a 14-minute drive (10 km).

You may hear some planes during the day. Parking is available on the property and on the street.
