The apartment ‘Casa Julia 2’ is located in San Andés in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday close to the sea.
The apartment with a sea view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in just the living room), a washing machine and satellite TV.
The apartment has access to a shared outdoor area which includes an open and covered terrace as well as an outdoor shower.
Here you can relax with a book on the sun loungers and enjoy a view of the sea.
Due to its central location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just 1-3 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk away (190 m).
The house is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest beach (Playa de Las Teresitas).
Furthermore, Tenerife North airport can be reached by car in just 26 minutes (21.3 km).
Street parking is available but we cannot guarantee that you will find a space.

Amazing property! Apartment was clean and spacious. Location was incredible - right next to the beach and in the same building as a great gelato shop. Communication with the host was great and check-in was very easy. Highly recommend this apartment.

Eine große und schön eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Paare. Die Terasse ist für alle Urlauber nutzbar, was durchaus positiv ist, da man schnell Kontakt schließt :-). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar und der tolle Strand liegt quasi vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit u...
