You will have a well-equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, Wi-Fi, and a TV. For families, a crib and high chair are available on request. Step out onto the uncovered shared terrace and enjoy the communal garden with an outdoor pool and open-air shower.
From the apartment, you can admire beautiful sea and mountain views. Street parking is available, and an on-site parking space can be requested subject to availability.
Events are not permitted.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.
The shared washing machine is located in the common area next to the pool. The location is ideal, close to Los Patos beach; El Ancón, Los Patos, and El Bollullo beaches are between 500 m and 1,500 m away.
The nearest restaurant is an 11-minute walk, and other bars, cafés, and restaurants are around a 10-minute drive.
The closest supermarket is a 10-minute drive, and Tenerife North Airport is 24 minutes away by car.

Absolutely one of the best homes we have ever stayed! The owner was so friendly, the home was impeccable from decor, to cleanliness, to proximity of shopping, beaches, etc. We really hated to leave, everything about this property is exceptional. 5 STARS.

I was very pleased with my stay and fortunate it was available because I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the home, the cleanliness, the decor and the pool was wonderful overlooking the canal. Not to mention the location and closeness to many restaurants and shops. The host is very sweet and helpful and I definitely will be reserving again when I’m back in Punta Gorda!
