Comfortable, new and modern apartment in the city centre, 62 m2 + terrace, located on the first floor with the view on the port/see from the terrace and bedroom.
This modern apartment has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for accommodation for 4 persons (+ 2 additional persons on the sofa/cauch in the living room).
It is fully furnished and well equipped with a modern kitchen, air-conditioner, WI-FI, Flat TV in the living room as well as in the bedrooms, and a lovely balcony.
Located only 1-2 minutes walk to the city center and the harbour, 10-15 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to Max City shopping center.
All the necessary contents, equipped kitchen, stove, washing machine, iron, hair dryer...
Also free parking is by the building or in the big parking lot just 400m from the apartment.

There are numerous opportunities for excursions nearby, like beautiful national park Brijuni or nature park Kamenjak, or you can enjoy in gastronomic offer of typical Istrian cuisine, the recreation or sports activities... there is something for everybody! :) The center is 1-2 min on foot. The beautiful beaches of Verudela are only 5 minutes away by car. Pula City Mall Shopping Center is 1km away. The restaurant and bar is 500m away. Pula Airport is 8km away.

Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem Apartment, zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten in die Stadt. Check-IN war
wirklich sehr entspannt, wir würden mehr als freundlich begrüßt & hatten einen sehr entspanntes
Check-Out ohne Stress. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, wir konnten uns kein
bisschen beschweren! Vielen vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

A beautiful apartment in an amazing quiet location yet only a few minutes on foot from the old city
centre. We stayed only one night, but I wish it was for longer. Highly recommended!
