Las Terrazas Villa 3 is located in an exclusive complex with a golf course in El Salobre and boasts views of the sea and the mountains.
The modern, 2-storey house with light-flooded rooms consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV and a television.
The property also offers a private outdoor area where you can soak up the sun or watch the sun rise in the morning.
This includes a garden, terraces (open and covered), a pool and an outdoor shower.
In approximately 15 minutes driving you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars and the nearest supermarket is just a 4-minute drive away (1.8 km). Furthermore, Playa Mujeres beach is a 10-minute drive away (7.7 km) and Gran Canaria airport is a 29-minute drive away (39.3). Parking spaces are available on the property.

Sehr schönes Haus, Gastgeber immer erreichbar und total unproblematisch. In der Küche war alles da, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, airfryer, tuppern, Kaffeemaschine, Grill, grillzange, Anzünder, Waschmaschine, Waschleine, jegliche Art Gläser, Auflaufform..
