Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views. Kitchen The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Pelagos has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
En Suite Bathroom Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Pelagos has 3 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (En Suite) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (En Suite) bath with W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.0m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 1.00m; Deep End = 1.70m Aspect: South Facing Pool Access: Steps Additional Pool Features: Pergola, Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Pool Shower. Air-Conditioning The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge.
There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

The villa was wonderful and really clean, the pool was great fun for the kids! The short walk to the beach was definitely a highlight. We will definitely be booking again. The host Elena also recommended her family restaurants and the food there was brilliant. Wonderful host!

its was a lovely holiday - the villa is great and the location perfect for my requirements. Nice and relatively secluded and very peaceful, quiet and calming surroundings. Not touristy and busy but beautifully natural setting with the lovely beach views from the trrace and balconies and spectacular sunsets each evening. A really great vacation - i definitely intend to return soon.
