Located in a beautiful oak forest, Villa Las Encinas is just a short drive from the towns of Pollença, Port de Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
The house has been carefully renovated, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste.
The spacious, 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet with a shower (outside beside the house) and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a smart TV (65 inch) and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
The villa also boasts a fantastic private outdoor area with a garden, furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool (over 50 m2), an outdoor and a barbecue.
The multiple sun loungers and the Balinese bed invite you to unwind outside with a good book while surrounded by beautiful greenery.
On one of the terraces you will find a small bar and a foosball table where you can enjoy hours of fun.
A table tennis table is also available.
In 6 minutes driving you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes.
The beach of Port de Pollença is a 7-minute drive away (4.7 km).
Furthermore, in 47 minutes driving you will arrive at Palma de Mallorca airport (64 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided. Pool towels are provided. You can access Amazon, Netflix or other platforms with your own account. From the double bedroom you have a view of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains.

Die Finca ist perfekt für eine große Familie. Jeder findet eine ruhige Ecke um sich zurückziehen zu können. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe für 4 tobende Kids. Die Finca ist genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.
Die Begrüßung durch das Team vor Ort war super und wir haben einige gute Tipps rund um unseren Aufenthalt bekommen.

Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough
