Apartment house Miro Romantika is situated in a quiet location in Rovinj, only 500 meters from the sea and about 2 km from the city center.
There is a beautiful pine forest nearby - the Forest Park Golden Cape, offering a green touch of nature, full of aromas and colors of flora and the lovely birds singing - perfect for bicycle rides or long walks.
A restaurant and a grocery store are within walking distance.
There are three apartments in total, which all share a nice, 910 sqm big garden with a swimming pool, barbecue equipment and sun loungers perfect for relaxing.
Friendly hosts can prepare for you delicious Istrian dishes, of course, on previous request.
This is the ideal place to spend an enjoyable holiday with family and friends.
Apartment A4 can accommodate up to 2 persons.
It is situated at the first floor of the house, with a total living area of 30 sqm. This comfortable apartment consists of one bedroom with one double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
An equipped kitchen with dining area is connected to the bright living room with air-conditioning, satellite TV. The apartment also has an exit to a furnished balcony, ideal for having some coffee in the morning or a glass of wine during the warm summer evenings.
WiFi, bed linen, towels and private parking are also provided and included in the rental price. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Eine Woche in einer Wohnung mit vielen Defekten und Defiziten wie z.B. kein Waarmwasserdruck, kaputte Kaffeemaschine, kaputte Microwelle, defekte Lampen. Schlechte unvollständige Küchenausstattung. Wir durften in der 2. Woche umziehen in eine schöne Wohnung im gleichen Haus.Danach war die letzte Woche entspannter und es war alles gut.
