The cosy and well-furnished apartment “La Casita” with views onto the sea is situated in the municipality of Adeje, in the southwest of Tenerife, and is only a short drive from the beach.
The 100 m² apartment extends across 2 floors and consists of a living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The lovely private outdoor area boasts a balcony and an open terrace with views of the mountains and onto the sea, which invites you to have coffee in the morning or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty barbecued dinners.
The communal outdoor area offers a pool and deck chairs.
A pharmacy is only 200 m away, and a supermarket, cafés and restaurants are all within a 3-minute drive.
The closest sandy beach, Playa Abama, can be reached within a 17-minute drive (11 km) to San Juan.
There you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the nice panorama of the bay. A golf course lies an 8-minute drive (4 km) away, the popular Siam amusement park can be visited after a 12-minute drive (13 km), and the scenic area also offers many routes for hiking or cycling.
Within a one-hour drive (54 km), you will be able to reach the volcano “Pico del Teide”, and Tenerife South Airport is located a 25-minute drive (28 km) from the apartment. Street parking is available.
An additional set of towels is available for an extra fee. *PLEASE NOTE: You need to cross the street and arrive at the garden with swimming pool that is shared with another property.
It is a dead end street and not asphalted, so it does not seem as if you leave the property.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt mit Mariana ist perfekt.
Die Bäder sind sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll und gut dimensioniert. Besonders die beiden separaten Bäder sind toll, wenn man zu viert dort wohnt. Wie bereits geschrieben, sind div. Details nicht mehr intakt oder verbraucht. Nichts gravierendes , aber störend.

La casa ,con solarium annesso, ben tenuta ,aveva una piscina in contesto riservato e panoramico .
