Overlooking the ocean, in the city of Sant Lluís, guests will find the modern Villa “Ses Alzines”.
This child-friendly Villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, A/C, a washing machine, and satellite television.
There is a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee.
A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee.
When closed through the front terrace, the wooden exterior sliding doors transform the building, to provide complete privacy.
The sliding doors from the living room give access to the private terrace that has open and covered areas and to the pool, with deck chairs and umbrellas that will allow guests to enjoy the sun.
The garden is furnished and has a barbecue, which is perfect for visitors to have a meal outside and watch the sunset.
Playa Punta Prima, the nearest sandy beach, is located 2.2 km east of this property (a 5-minute drive).
Driving west, visitors can find Cala Binibeca beach, which is an 8-minute drive from this fantastic Villa (4.1 km).
Additionally, there is a rocky access to the sea, Biniancolla, that can be reached after a short 3-minute walk from the Villa (250 m).
The nearest restaurant is located only 450 m from this property (a 6-minute walk).
Further restaurants and bars are located 1.8 - 2.5 km towards the east (4-7-minute drive).
The “Splash Sur Menorca” aqua park can be reached after a short 5-minute walk (300 m).
The Menorca airport is located 14.5 km from this incredible Villa and can be reached after a 23-minute drive.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
