The four large bedrooms on three floors, two bathrooms, the well-equipped kitchen, the spacious living room and the private garden ensure that large groups or families can enjoy their holiday in the Alps in a very relaxed way.
Ground floor: here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a cosy living room.
On this floor, you will also find a comfortable sofa and a large dining table for eight people.
There is a bathroom with a washing machine, toilet and bathtub also located on the ground floor. First floor: here you will discover two spacious bedrooms with box spring double beds.
One bedroom has a balcony with stunning panoramic alpine mountain views and is equipped with a TV. There is another bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor also. Second floor: two more spacious bedrooms with box spring double beds and storage space await you. In addition, one bedroom is connected to the panoramic balcony and also has a TV. Lodge at a glance: • Accommodates eight people • Dogs welcome (on request for an additional charge) • Comfortable double beds and bedrooms have plenty of storage space • Two bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs Directly in front of the building is a free private parking area for three cars.
One parking space is covered.
The lodge also has a small garden with an outdoor dining table.
A washing machine is available free of charge for all your laundry needs.
The lodge is located just a stone’s throw away from Lake Zell in a quiet yet central location.
In the garden house there is a ski room, which can also be used as a storage room for bicycles. Extras: • Situated in a quiet area but still centrally located • Bread roll breakfast service from the local Katschner bakery with top-quality baked goods (for an additional charge) • Bus stop only 260 m away/shopping centre only 450 m away Location: This large house is located in Zell am See in the beautiful district of Schüttdorf and is surrounded by charming, detached houses.
The bus stop is only 260 metres away and there are also several restaurants within walking distance (including a Chinese and an Italian restaurant – both of which are excellent!). If you like shopping, you can visit the nearby shopping centre (450 m) with a good mix of clothing retailers as well as a large supermarket.
Walks and cycle paths begin right on the doorstep of the house and will take you into the unspoilt nature of Lake Zell. Zell am See is a paradise for holidaymakers from all over the world and every season offers countless leisure activities.
Three lidos (Lake Zell has a water temperature of up to 23 °C in summer), one glacier snow guarantee, 1,387 kilometres of pistes, countless hiking trails, the most stunning views of the alpine mountains, 90 restaurants and is in the immediate vicinity of Kaprun. Miscellaneous: The house is located directly in the residential area.
Therefore, please be sure to observe the mandatory night-time quiet hours (22:00 to 06:00). Parties are not permitted. Drop us a line right away, we’ll be happy to check if the lodge is available for the dates you are looking for and reserve it for you accordingly!

Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und es hat ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser usw.. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben sehr gute Matraxen. Der Service und die Homepage ist hervorragend. Vielen Dank für die tolle Info.

House is a good value for money. although would have liked some more space for 8 adults but nevertheless the location is nice. We had a small water heater issue which took 4-5 hours to resolve and would have preferred a quicker resolution, apart from that we had a good stay.

The accommodation was clean and spacious, the garden is small and we sat out in grassy area at the end of the day for the last of the days sun. The beds were all very comfortable. Perfect house for families.
