Your vacation rental includes on the same level (after descending 23 steps): A living room-lounge-kitchen (with TV, connected home theater), two bedrooms (one queen-size bed) (two single beds (90x190cm) can be joined on request), a small bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet containing laundry and cleaning supplies.
Remote working is possible in the living room.
Outside: 8 m² outdoor courtyard with a relaxation lounge.
A cellar is accessible from the GR34 trail side for bicycle storage, for example.
Unloading shopping and suitcases in front of the gîte entrance, then free public parking 150 m further up the street.
The gîte is adjoining a third of the property on one side and another gîte (22G310948) on the other.
View of the tidal dance! Did you know that the Bay of St Brieuc is the fifth largest bay in the world for its tidal range (over 13 m tidal range)? You'll also be privileged spectators of this perpetual dance and the life of the commercial port.
As an observation post: a cottage successfully renovated by Suzette and her partner.
Trendy decor and comfort are on the menu.
To add to the fun, the GR34 is on site! And yes, it passes below the cottage! You can sometimes descend to the port of Légué, which is undergoing a complete revival, sometimes explore the hidden foothills of St Laurent de la Mer, and climb to Pointe du Roselier to take in the entire bay.
The first small local beach, Anse aux Moines, is only 400 m away, and the first real family beach is Martin, 3.5 km away.
The center of St Brieuc is only 5.5 km away.

Logement fonctionnel, très bien aménagé, avec bon goût et d'une propreté irréprochable.Électroménager et literie de belle qualité. Accueil très agréable de notre hôtesse. Jolie vue sur la mer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement cocooning.

Doté de belles ouvertures permettant une vue imprenable sur l'entrée du port et la côte, le gîte est très agréable. Parfaite propreté et confort sont ses atouts supplémentaires. Le seul bémol est l'escalier d'accès. L'accueil des propriétaires à été très agréable. Un quasi sans faute !
