The holiday home Villa Laura is located in Muravera, in the popular holiday destination Sardinia, and, as it is placed on a hill, it boasts a breathtaking view of the sea.
The 70m2 villa consists of a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed, 2 with double beds), as well as one bathroom, and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV.
One of the highlights of the property is its private outdoor area with beautiful views over the ocean.
It consists of a lush garden with garden furniture and a parasol, 2 terraces (open, covered), and a brick barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes.
The closest beach, Monte Nai Beach, can be easily reached through a staircase that goes down the hill in 5 minutes.
Here guests can relax on the sand, swim in the sea or stroll along the coast.
There is a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Muravera, just 5 minutes driving from the property (1.8km away).
Villa Laura is 70 km away (59 minutes driving) from the closest airport, Cagliari-Elmas Airport.
Parking spaces are available on the property, as well as in the street.
