The comfortable apartment "Annemarie and Walter Hechelmann" is situted on the outskirts of Lindau and is close to the shores of the beautiful Lake Constance.
The 64 m² apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, a bedroom and one bathroom and offers space for 2 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a radio and satellite television.
In addition, the balcony equipped with furniture offers a fantastic mountain view to relax, to start the day with breakfast or to spend the evenings with a glass of wine.
Board games are already available in the apartment and are perfect for homely evenings.
After only a oneminute walk (20 m) you can reach a restaurant, after an 8-minute drive (3.3 km) you reach the next supermarket and within a 5-minute drive (1.7 km) you will find the next bar.
A beach at Lake Bodensee is also within easy reach, as the nearest one is a 15-minute drive (5.7 km) from the apartment. You can get to the charming old town centre of Lindau after a 10-minute drive (3.5 km) and explore the island with its narrow streets and chaeming architecture. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores, and in winter, you can even go skiing a 33-minute drive (16 km) away, near Bregenz in Austria.
The charming town is also famous for its many cultural offerings and nice beaches. Constance is 44 km away from the apartment and Oberstaufen is 40 km away.
