In the popular holiday destination Cádiz, Andalusia, the cozy studio “Las tres terrazas” impresses guests with its excellent location, which is central yet near the beach.
It consists of a single space with a living area, a sleeping area (with a double bed), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and cable television.
The apartment also offers three terraces (covered/uncovered), one of which must be accessed using a lift.
Here guests can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while they enjoy the views over the beautiful cathedral and the sea in the distance.
There is also a hose that guests can use to cool off on particularly warm days.
Due to the central location of the studio, you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (30-200m; 1-3 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa de Santa Maria del Mar, can be reached after 14 minutes walking (1.2km away).
We also recommend you to take your time to stroll around the buzzing streets of Cádiz and discover its beautiful architecture, its tourist attractions and its many museums.
The train station is just 750m away (9 minutes walking), and the closest airport is in Jerez (35 minutes by car, 44.2km). The homeowner speaks Spanish, English and German, and she will gladly give recommendations to the guests. Smoking is forbidden. Please respect the rest and tranquility of the neighbours. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
