The Ibiza-style holiday home “Finca Sa Bardella” is situated outside of Sant Joan de Labritja, surrounded by pine trees, and is perfect for quiet family holidays in the scenic landscapes of northern Ibiza.

The 200 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 of them have 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot, and a highchair (both on request).

The private outdoor area boasts everything you need for memorable holidays.

The home features an outdoor gym area, badminton, and table tennis, while an open/covered terrace and a garden are the ideal spot for you to have breakfast or enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners from the stone barbecue.

On the first floor, there is also a terrace-like balcony with beach chairs for you to enjoy the sunshine and the nice mountain views.

Ibiza town, world-famous for its exclusive clubs and nightlife is located a 27-minute drive (23 km) south of the holiday home, and the airport is a 31-minute drive (29 km) away. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed. Any type of events and parties are forbidden.

Loud music or noise are not allowed after 12 pm (according to the municipal ordinance).

Groups of young people under 28 are not allowed, they must always come accompanied by adults.
