The cosy and nicely furnished apartment “Lausbub” with high quality furniture and underfloor heating is situated in a residential area in the centre of Otterfing, a municipality close to the lakes Tegernsee and Schliersee, and is also a great starting point for exploring the Bavarian Alps.
The 70 m² apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one spa-style bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a printer/scanner, a washing machine, a dryer, board games and cable television.
A baby cot and a highchair are available on request.
The private outdoor area boasts a covered 18 m² terrace and a garden, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the barbecue.
You can find a supermarket, a bakery and a bus stop just across the street, while a pizzeria and a pharmacy are within 4 minutes on foot (200/350 m) away.
The suburban train station can be reached after a 9-minute walk (750 m).
The nearby Bavarian Alps and many lakes are ideal for hiking and cycling trips.
The beautiful lake Tegernsee lies a 25-minute drive (22 km) away, lake Schliersee is a 35-minute drive (31 km) away, where you will also find a cable car, while Munich can be visited after a 35-minute drive (30 km) or 45 minutes by suburban train.
In winter, the nearest skiing area is a 30-minute drive (26 km) from Otterfing, and several more lie within 45-60 minutes by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
Please contact the homeowner for arrivals after 6 pm.

If you have individual wishes (private hiking tour with guide, fishing, wellness weekend, etc.) or would like to surprise your partner (flowers, crement, wine, etc.), you are welcome to contact the hosts so that you can have an unforgettable stay and enjoy this extraordinary vacation home.
Due to hygienic reasons and the wooden floor, please enter the apartment only barefoot or with slippers.
To avoid scratches on the floor, please carry your suitcase through the house. *After booking please fill out the Holidu contact form, which will be sent to you by email, completely including your address.

The apartment is wonderful and everything you need for great vacation. We did have purchase fans due to be very warm but the owner was kind enough to reimburse us to have for future guests. Would definitively recommend if visiting Munich. Sbahn in walking distance to travel throughout Munich.

Die Wohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt nur 7-8 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station „Otterfing“ entfernt, mit der man innerhalb von 40 Min. in München ist. Mit dem Auto sind viele Ausflugsziele sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Tegernseer Landstr ist stark befahren und daher recht laut, was etwas schade ist wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt.
