- Bedroom 1: double ensuite with walk in shower sleeping 2
- Bedroom 2: twin sleeping 2

From the lawned garden you and your guests can enjoy views of the beautiful countryside in Wexford. Relax or enjoy alfresco dining from the outdoor furniture provided.
There is private parking available for two cars outside this holiday home.

Pet Friendly Holiday HomeThis holiday home in Wexford will accept a maximum of 1 small dog per booking. The dog must be kept on the tiled floor and they are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please mention your dog at the time of booking via our call centre, as your dog will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

Utilities are an extra charge at this property and payable on departure to the Owner/Property Manager. The rate for heating & electricity at this property is €7 per day all year around. Should utility charges not be paid on departure, they will be deducted from the security deposit without further notice. Breakdown of these charges are available from the Owner/Property Manager.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
