Casetta i Ciliegi is an old, stone farmhouse, wisely restored and situated on an extremely panoramic position, 751 m on the sea level, being part of the very small hamlet of Cantalena Alta.
Casetta I Ciliegi is the ideal place for those who wish to spend a vacation far from the busy city life, in close contact with nature.
Green woods, rugged hills and cultivated countryside frame this beautiful, small house which is also endowed with a wide, completely fenced, outdoor space, with private swimming pool (size m. 7x4, dept. m. 1,20-1,50 - open from 01st May to 30th September), porch equipped with table and chairs to dine outside and barbecue. Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino 15 km away and endowed with every service.
The beautiful town of Cortona, with its stone lanes, Rugapiana and the Church of Santa Margherita, and the medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino are both around 15 km away and endowed with shops and all services.
Casetta i Ciliegi is reachable through a panoramic mountain road, partly unpaved (approx. 4 km) and not advisable for sport cars.
Furnishing is simple but comfortable and well matches with the house characteristics.
Pets are welcome (extra charge could be required).
GROUND FLOOR: porch equipped with table and chairs to dine outside, entrance on a wide living-dining room with kitchen corner, sofas, fireplace and tv, laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, double bedroom with panoramic balcony, twin bedroom, bathroom with bathtub.
Possibility to add one single bed in the double bedroom.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, oven, small electric oven,, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee maker Toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, DVD player, hairdryer, high chair, barbecue, football goal post, Wi-Fi Internet access, air conditioning in the bedrooms

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist leider sehr beschwerlich, dafür ist der Ausblick und ser gesamte Aussenbereich wunderschön.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern. Das Haus mit dem Garten und dem Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und haben immer sofort geholfen, wenn wir sie angeschrieben haben. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist prima, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
