Stretching over 3 stories, the spacious Villa Albella is located in San Agustín in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
Boasting a sea view from the terraces, the house offers everything you desire for a relaxing holiday.
The stunning 800 m2 property consists of 2 living rooms (one on the first floor and one on the 2nd floor), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each and access to the terrace) as well as 4 bathrooms (2 are en suite) and 3 additional toilets.
The house can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a washing machine and a dryer.
A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request.
The house also offers endless relaxation and entertainment options and boasts a sauna, a gym, a ping pong table and a billiard table.
The countless outdoor seating and dining areas invite you to spend hours outside under the sun or enjoy evening meals under the night sky.

Mooi huis met veel ruimte en alles is aanwezig.

Heerlijk zwembad, sauna, bubbelbad en buitenkeuken.
Voor het bubbelbad werd een vergoeding gevraagd van 50 euro per dag voor warm water. Daar hebben wij van afgezien.

It’s location was good however building work going on next door and a neighbors dog barking all hours of the night and day.
While the villa looks good in the pictures, the reality is very different.
The pool was cold
The hottub was cold and unusable
The air conditioning did not work
The tvs in all 4 bedrooms and upstairs living did not work or even have remotes to use them.
There were tiles hanging off the wall in the p...
