The nicely furnished apartment "Con Piscina 13” with sea views is situated in Trinita d'Agultu e Vignola, a charming town in the hills of northern Sardinia, and is only a short drive from the nearest beaches.
The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable and satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).
The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, where you can start the day with coffee while you enjoy the views of the glistening blue sea.
The communal area with a pool (open from June 15 to September 15) invites you to take refreshing morning swims and relax on the sunbeds, surrounded by the scenic hilly landscape.
Within 7 minutes (550 m), you can walk into the town centre, where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a pharmacy.
The closest sandy beach, Li Feruli, is a 12-minute drive (6 km) from the apartment, and La Marinedda, a scenic bay in Isola Rossa, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (6.7 km).
A popular waterpark is an 8-minute drive (4.1 km) from the apartment complex.
The beautiful city of Olbia and the nearby international airport are both located a 75-minute drive (75 km) away, on the other side of the island.
Sassari can be visited after one hour by car (55 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed.
