The nicely furnished apartment "Con Piscina 14” with sea views is situated in Trinita d'Agultu e Vignola, a charming town in the hills of northern Sardinia, and is only a short drive from the nearest beaches.
The 48 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable and satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).
The private outdoor area boasts a covered terrace, where you can start the day with coffee while you enjoy the views of the glistening blue sea.
The communal area with a pool (open from June 15 to September 15) invites you to take refreshing morning swims and relax on the sunbeds, surrounded by the scenic hilly landscape.
Within 7 minutes (550 m), you can walk into the town centre, where you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants and a pharmacy.
The closest sandy beach, Li Feruli, is a 12-minute drive (6 km) from the apartment, and La Marinedda, a scenic bay in Isola Rossa, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (6.7 km).
A popular waterpark is an 8-minute drive (4.1 km) from the apartment complex.
The beautiful city of Olbia and the nearby international airport are both located a 75-minute drive (75 km) away, on the other side of the island.
Sassari can be visited after one hour by car (55 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.
