• Villa built on two levels with private parking e solarium: • 150 sqm about, self catering apartment - wooden-beam ceiling, tiled floors, mosquito nets • 150 sqm private terrace/solarium with two gazebos, sunbath furniture, hot external shower, BBQ, an amazing view • private car parking space: width 230 x depth 450 centimeters - max car allowed: 179 W x 407 L centimeters (Clio, Polo, etc) - mandatory: vehicle license plate number must be approved by the owners first.
