Ayia Napa Ammos Sea View Villa is a property located just a few hundred meters from Ammos Tou Kampouri Beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Ayia Napa.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.
There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 of them have double beds and the third one has a single bed.
There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub.
The house is fully air-conditioned except for the small bedroom with the single sofabed, The house also offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Beautiful sea view and nice kitchen
Bathroom needs modernising, bedrooms need more sockets one bedroom didn't have any! No dressing table with mirror to get ready for evening out. Outside lights didn't work and needs new fridge freezer. Outside terrace unsafe in parts spongy and felt like could collapse in parts! No drive outside all rubble and kerb needs dropping to access villa.
