The Villa Mallus is nestled in the picturesque landscape of Castile in south-eastern Sardinia.
The 48m² holiday apartment Villa Mallus 4 posti letto has a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include fans, a television, a hairdryer, a washing machine and an iron.
The shared outdoor area of the villa has a garden and a covered terrace with barbecue where you can spend convivial evenings.
The nearest supermarket is 750 m away and a pizzeria is also nearby (550 m). A variety of other restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in Costa Rei, a 10-minute drive away.
The beautiful white sandy beaches on the east coast of Sardinia can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes.
If you have had enough of lazy beach days, you can also go for a walk in the nearby mountain region of Monte dei Sette Fratelli.
For those interested in history, we recommend a visit to the Museo del territorio, 10 minutes drive away, on the site of the former penal colony.
It takes about one hour by car to reach the island capital Cagliari and the airport of the same name. Parking spaces are available on the property. A cot can be provided on request. Pets are not allowed.

We enjoyed a lot the very nice house, clean, quit and great garden to relax. Scooter or Car neccesary to come to the beach , which is about 10 minutes away.

Sehr guts Haus perfekt für zwei Familien. Schöner gepflegter Garten und Balkon mit vielen grünen Pflanzen. Ausstattung Top alles was man braucht nur die Koffer mit Kleidung sonst war alles da, sogar Bademanteln Lage auch perfekt 10min zum Strand mit dem Auto. Nur zum empfehlen! Vielen Dank.
