The floor-to-ceiling glass windows in both the living room and the bedroom guarantee spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding meadows and mountains and separate the apartment from the lush private garden with seating furniture and sunbeds.

From the property, it is only a 4-minute drive or 2.7 km to the centre of Kastelruth (Castelrotto), where you will find supermarkets, shops, a bakery, a pharmacy and restaurants serving South Tyrolese dishes.

Many hiking and cycling routes start from the town, and a 19-minute drive (13 km) from the apartment, the famous skiing area Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) boasts brilliant slopes.

South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano is located a 41-minute drive or 29 km southwest of Kastelruth (Castelrotto). Parking spaces are available on the property, and there is also a garage available for parking. On request, we are happy to offer our guests a relaxing massage.
