The charming “Villa Era 1” is located in the urbanization El Roque next to El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and it impresses guests with its spacious shared outdoor area and its beautifully-decorated interiors.
It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, 2 with a queensize bed), as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.
One of the highlights of the property is its charming, outdoor area, where you will find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, 2 barbecues and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
You will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the closest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village El Cotillo, which is just a 5-minute drive away (2km).
Guests can also visit the Calderón Hondo (25minutes driving, 10.8km) or the water park Acua, especially if they are traveling with children (20 minutes by car; 18.2km).
The airport of the island can be reached after 41 minutes driving (43.7km).
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Stunning villa on outskirts of a lovely fishing village El Cotillo, plenty of bars and restaurants. Own pool was amazing and we loved lounging in the garden. Bedrooms all spacious and well furnished. the villa was great, 2 great pools and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sun , short bus ride to the more lively place ! owner was awesome and nothing was too much trouble
not a lot in the area unless you walk to el cotillo which was good ,
