The spacious holiday home “Calamar 7” is located in Portocolom, a coastal town in Mallorca, and it is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday in an excellent location near the sea.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with one queensize bed each, 2 with 2 single beds each), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
One of the main attractions of “Calamar 7” is its generous outdoor area, with a well-kept garden where guests can start the morning with a warm cup of coffee, a nice terrace ideal to enjoy the sun, and a second rooftop terrace with stunning sea and mountain views where you can relax with a glass of wine after a day discovering the island.
Although the house is located in a residential and quiet area, you will find the closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just a 6-minute walk from the property (500m), while the closest beach, Cala Marçal, is just a 2-minute drive away (900m).
The closest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, and it can be reached after 50 minutes driving (58.9km).
The house is very quiet and the surroundings are very peaceful so guests will be able to rest and relax perfectly.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Unheimlich schöner Ort und sehr gepflegtes Haus. Sehr schöner Pool, Meer knapp 800 Meter entfernt, einkaufen 600. Man braucht nicht unbedingt ein Auto, außer man möchte die Insel erkunden.
