The cosy and well-furnished apartment “Urs” is situated in Schönwald, a popular health resort in the scenic Black Forest (Schwarzwald) close to the French border, and is perfect for holidays featuring all sorts of outdoor activities and within driving distance from Lake Constance.
The 45 m² apartment on the 4th floor consists of a living area with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a lift, a ski storage, a washing machine, satellite television and a highchair.
You can start the day with coffee on the south-facing balcony, from which you will have nice views of the hills and forests in the distance.
The apartment building also offers a gym, an indoor pool for refreshing morning swims, a sauna as well as a lounge area with table tennis.
Due to the apartment’s central position in Schönwald, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants within a 3-minute walk (250 m). The beautiful Black Forest region offers plenty of great routes for hiking and cycling, as well as lakes and waterfalls, and in winter, there are also a number of skiing areas and routes for cross-country skiing - all within a 15-minute drive (2 - 5 km). The Black Forest’s highest mountain, Feldberg, can be reached after a one-hour drive (50 km) from Schönwald, as well as the city of Freiburg, which is famous for its picturesque old town centre.
You can even drive to the shores of famous Lake Constance within an hour and 15 minutes (90 km). Parking spaces are available on the property, as well as a bicycle storage room. Pets are not allowed.

Auf Wanderungen überraschend die Jugend auf der Skisprungschanze in Aktion gesehen... auf Gras auch schön.
Unerwartet Anschluß zu Dauermietern im Hause gefunden. Mit Shuttle-Service oben auf den Berg gebracht worden und beim Musikfest gut unterhalten.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein , alles da was man braucht und super sauber . Schwimmbad im Haus sehr schön und auch nicht voll . Würden jederzeit wieder buchen . Vielen Dank

Ist sehr umfangreich eingerichtet, es fehlt eigentlich an nichts! Ausreichend Stauraum für die eigenen Dinge, und auch wenn das Klappbett tagsüber aufgeklappt bleibt, reicht der Platz im Raum. Ist weiterzuempfehlen, die gesamte Organisation drumherum war sehr stimmig und entgegenkommend!
