Between the Danube River and Lake Constance, the bright, spacious apartment Bodensee is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
Located on the ground floor of a 3-storey house, the modern, 100 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC).
The property can therefore accommodate 4-6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer.
A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly.
Furthermore, the private open terrace (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, invites you to enjoy some relaxing hours.
In the beautiful shared garden you will find a swimming pond where you cool down and unwind at the end of the day.
From the kitchen you have a view of the “Imperia”, giving you a first taste of Constance. In under 4 minutes on foot you will reach the 2 closests restaurants and in approximately 20 minutes walking the centre of Meßkirch with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets.
Furthermore, the bathing beach in the beautiful lakeside town of Ludwigshafen is a 27-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available.
In addition, two e-bikes can be rented. The infrared sauna house is available for use by all guests (not included in the accommodation price). - E-Bike Payment 25,00 € per day

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, großzügige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt, gern wieder.

Das Haus hatte einen tollen Pool, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich
Abzüge gebe ich für die schlechte Ausstattung der Küche. Es gibt nur ein Brettchen (wir haben uns dann welche gekauft), einen mittelgroßen Topf und eine mittelgroße Pfanne, eine kleine Pfanne. Für 6 Personen ist das zu wenig, selbst zu dritt sind wir an Grenzen gekommen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung...

Moderne geschmackvolle Wohnung! Gut ausgestattet! Nur im zweiten Schlafzimmer und Bad wären paar KleiderHaken o.ä. nützlich gewesen, damit man die am Tag getragene Kleidunh über Nacht nicht im Wohnzimmer oder Flur hinlegen muss....
