The well-furnished apartment “Familienwohnung Haus 18” is situated in Nesselwangen, a village northwest of Überlingen, and is close to the shores of Lake Constance.
The 55 m² apartment on the upper floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and a highchair.
From the property, the closest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, is a 9-minute drive (7.5 km) away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama.
The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath in an 8-minute drive (7 km) away.
There you will find all sorts of supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
Other beaches can be found in Sipplingen (a 13-minute drive or 11.5 km) and Ludwigshafen after a 9-minute drive (7.2 km).
From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 21-minute drive (23 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral.
The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores.
In winter, you can even go skiing after a 30-minute drive (31 km) or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed.

Wohnung war in Ordnung und zentrale Lage.
Vermieter erst 2 Tage vor Abreise kurz gesehen und am Vorabend der Abreise war es der Hausherrin nur wichtig das die Wohnung geputzt wird und Betten abgezogen werden. Keine Seife,WC deckel locker und Glühbirne kaputt.
