The cozy apartment “ Kammerhof Traube” is situated in a quiet area of Lana, a town in South Tyrol’s beautiful Etsch Valley (Val d’Adige), between Bolzano and Merano, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the midst of a beautiful scenery.
The apartment on the second floor of the holiday lodge “Kammerhof” consists of a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a safe, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair.
On the property, there is also a playroom for children with toys, books, foosball and table tennis.
You can enjoy a morning coffee on your balcony with brilliant views of the mountains and the vines right in front of the house.
In the shared garden, you can enjoy the sunshine while your children can romp about the playground.
In the evenings, you can enjoy dinners from the wood-fired barbecue with a glass of wine around the outdoor fireplace by the well.
There is a swimming pool nearby, which guests of the “Kammerhof”can use free of charge.
The closest bakery is only 350 m or a 5-minute walk away, a supermarket can be found after an 8-minute walk (700 m), and a restaurant is located a 9-minute walk (750 m) from the property.
The nearest cable cars, which take you to one of the many mountain tops with stunning views are a 6-minute drive or 3 km from the apartment, and the closest ski lift is 10.6 km or a 14-minute drive away.
The city of Merano, well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located an 11-minute drive (11 km) or 22 minutes by bus to the north, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano lies 26 km (a 25-minute drive) southeast of Lana.
The bus stop is a 7-minute walk or 500 m from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
A washing machine and a dryer can be provided at an extra charge.
A guest card for the area, offering many discounts, is included in the price.
