The bright Villa Costa d'en Blanes is a spacious two-story villa located in a quiet residential area of Costa d’en Blanes, Mallorca.
Surrounded by nature and featuring generous indoor and outdoor spaces, it provides the perfect setting for a holiday with family or friends. The villa offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table and dishwasher, 8 bedrooms (5 with double beds, 2 with two single beds each, and 1 with a single bed), and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a high chair available upon request. One of the main highlights is the spacious outdoor area surrounded by greenery.
Enjoy a private pool, sun loungers, and various spots to relax and make the most of Mallorca’s climate.
There is also a pleasant barbecue area, ideal for preparing meals and dining outdoors. The nearest beach, Punta Portals, is about 2 km away (approximately a 25-minute walk). Puerto Portals and Portals Nous are just a 10-minute walk, where you will find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. Additional information: A cleaning fee applies for an extra charge. Street parking available. Pets are not allowed.

Pool was lovely and we were close distance to a lot places
I was told I could pay in cash when we arrived for the security deposit, tax and electricity but the electric doesn’t get taken until after our stay so we were keeping money back for something that gets paid afterwards - so the paying side of things was very conflicting

Villa liegt zwar in gutem Stadtteil ist aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Preis Leistung ist schlecht. Schnitt des Hauses ist auch nicht optimal. Einige Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer. Die Küche ist sicher nicht für 12 Personen ausgelegt (Normaler E Herd mit 3 Platten und kleiner Backofen.) Für das Geld ist das Haus von unserer Familie keine Empfehlung.
