Situated in a quiet area of Eriskirch and only a short walk from Lake Constance, this maisonette offers everything you need for relaxing holidays in the scenic area.
The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, 2 bedrooms (one on the first floor) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, cable television, a children’s bed and a highchair.
The private outdoor area boasts 2 covered balconies with seating furniture.
Here you will able to enjoy the sun all day long, and you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners.
Due to the central location of the apartment, he nearest supermarket is a mere 4-minute walk (350 m) away, a bakery is only a 1-minute walk (50 m) from the apartment, while restaurants can be found after a 2-minute walk (200 m). The closest beach is an 18-minute walk or 1.5 km away, where there is also a playground for children.
Friedrichshafen, a lovely town on the lake, can be reached within a 10-minute drive or in 12 minutes by train (6.7 km); the train station is 500 m or a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
You can also get to Bregenz, across the Austrian border and surrounded by a wonderful panorama, within a 30-minute drive (33 km). Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Pets are not allowed.

Ferienwohnung nahe am Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und neuwertig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Lohnende Ausflugsziele sind Lindau, Bregenz, Friedrichshafen, Meersburg, Überlingen, Konstanz und Mainau. Wir würden uns das nächste Mal wieder dort einmieten.

Alles wat ik wil voor mijn vakantieverblijf is er. Royale ruimtes, schoon, goede zonwering (erg belangrijk) en een uitstekende voorziening in de keuken en badkamer. Verder waren er 2 balkons. Lieve, attente eigenaresse.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin ,mit vielen Tipps.Wohnung sehr sauber, geräumig und hell. Die zwei Balkone sehr groß und super überdacht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
