The house is located in the center of Amalfi, inside the Ancient Convent of San Basilio.
It is about 400 meters from the sea which can be reached with a pleasant walk in the center of Amalfi, excellent for shopping and food shopping.
From the small equipped garden, supplied with the house, you can see the sea, but also the bell tower of the Basilica of Sant'Andrea Apostolo, above the famous Torre dello Ziro (where Giovanna the Duchess of Amalfi, protagonist of Webster's drama of the same name, died) .
Stopping in the garden of the house you will have the sensation of being surrounded by the mountains behind Amalfi (the limestone caves with stalactites and stalagmites and the Valle dei Mulini - Nature Reserve).
The apartment, completely renovated in 2008, is air conditioned and has fresh and practical furnishings.
In the living room there are an armchair and a sofa bed, a dining table and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with crockery, combi oven, fridge.
The double bedroom, very intimate and with a large window, has the bed in a North-South position.
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, sink and bidet.

The place is in a great location in Amalfi. It’s a lot of steps up, 98 I counted. So come in shape lol. Communication was poor at times and we were fighting a big ant problem but other than that the owner was extremely sweet and the place was adorable. Loved the garden as well!
