The Galera I apartment, located in the prestigious Arenal district, is a lovely apartment perfect for a comfortable stay in Seville.
We access the apartment through the carefully decorated living room.
To the left is the bedroom with a single bed, and the small patio with lawn, a table and chairs.
It is a very nice space to have something to take and disconnect.
Integrated in the living room, we find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Through the living room is the bedroom with two twin beds, ideal to rest after a day of sightseeing.
The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms and has a large shower. La Calle Galera, where the apartment is located, belongs to the Arenal neighborhood, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city, where you can enjoy its gastronomy, its atmosphere and the day to day Sevillano, a step away from the main monuments, The Cathedral, the Royal Alcázares ... The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Clean. Excellent location. Rooftop terrace was great but we did have rain. Quiet side street. Walking distance to most everything. Only downside was an odor from plumbing. Not terrible. Not pleasant. Would stay there againWe’ve travelled to Europe a good bit so we are well versed in what to expect

Location was fantastic. Photos were slightly misleading as description did not indicate the apartment was spread over four floors with very steep stairs. This was not a huge issue with the age of her children, but with the younger families or anyone with mobility issues could be a problem as the lift is broken. Limited hot water access when traveling with five individuals was not ideal.

Wonderful property! Enjoyed 4th floor terrace for breakfast and evening sangria. Plenty of room and space but not that it is 4 levels so you must be able to do stairs. Both the main floor bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms have bathrooms on their floors. Note that they use What’s App to communicate ...
