This is a very well tasted and stylish apartment, located on the ground floor in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration of the House all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space has been created where the guest will be able to enjoy calm atmosphere with all the comfort.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 1.50 m and en suite bathroom with shower, the another one has two individual beds of 0.90 m, and the third bathroom with shower is located right in front of this bedroom. There is a beautiful living room overlooking the Gardens and the Plaza de Santa Cruz, with a small balcony where our guest will be able to sit, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
In the renovation of the building, architectural and historical remains of the old House have been maintained, and proof of this is the original walls and the beautiful arch, all of brick, which you will find all around the buelding, giving it elegance and unique distinction.
The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda are within walking distance.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
