The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a cozy living-dining area and a cozy balcony. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people.The apartment is built to the most modern standards. Among other things, it has a central ventilation system, a water softening system and electric shutters in all living rooms and bedrooms.The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there is a TV with SAT system. A W-LAN guest access is also available.From our house you can reach the Chiemsee and the lido in about 15 minutes walk.The pier of the Chiemsee Schifffahrt is about 20 minutes away.Bed linen, dish towels and towels are included in the apartment price.For your children are swings and a trampoline ready.In front of the house is a car parking space available.You can store your bicycles with us.Pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.Seebruck is an ideal starting point. In the immediate vicinity are many cycling and hiking trails. Further you can go mountain climbing or hiking in the Chiemgauer mountains, sailing, surfing, kayaking or simply enjoy the lake. From 1.7 also raft and boat trips on the Alz are possible.

Coming from the A8 take the exit Grabenstätt/Chieming, then go via Grabenstätt, Chieming to Seebruck. In Seebruck follow the main road over the Alzbrücke bridge and continue in the direction of Prien/Rosenheim. Rosenheimer Straße 36 is on the right.

Eine sehr schöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben alles Notwenige vorgefunden. Größe und Zuschnitt der Räume optimal! Ein Carport steht dem Gast für die Parkmöglichkeit zur Verfügung, sowie ein abschließbarer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, geben Ausflugstipps für alle Wetterlagen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt bei Familie Stocker!

Mir erschien das 2. Schlafzimmer auf dem Foto sehr klein, aber ich muss sagen, so gut geschlafen habe ich lange nicht, auch wenn es nur 1,40 breites Bett war.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns gute Einkehr- und Ausflugtipps gegeben.
