Information about the host Comfortable and individually furnished vacation home on the outskirts of the village.
Ground and upper floor with terrace or balcony with unobstructed mountain view and view into the moor nature reserve Kendlmühlfilzen, as well as close to the museum salt and moor.
The house has a large garden with garden furniture, parking for 3 cars on the property, as well as a carport.
Diagonally opposite is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, cycling and mountain biking tours (located directly on the Lake Constance-Königsee bike path), Nordic walking, water sports, cross-country skiing, skiing and sledding. 2 pairs of cross-country skis can be rented.

The arrival, or departure can also be made by arrangement. terms/extras The above prices are plus spa tax in the amount of EUR 1.00 per person/per night for adults.
Children from 6 to 17 years: 0,50 EUR.
Children from 0 to 5 years as well as severely handicapped persons from 80% are free of charge.

Description of the accommodation Comfortable, individually furnished non-smoking vacation home with large southeast balcony with stunning mountain views in sunny eastern village location.
On the first floor there is a spacious, bright living room with Swedish stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large tub and a bedroom with double bed.
All rooms have a patio door to the garden and soundproof windows.
The upper floor has a large living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), balcony, eat-in kitchen with dining area, two cozy bedrooms with French beds and shower room.
No pets allowed.
The first floor is barrier-free.

Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung, sehr geräumig, schöne Sitzmöglichkeit im gepflegten Garten und toll war der reichhaltige Begrüßungs-Obstkorb.
Kein WLAN, Grill war zu klein

Der Check-in bzw Empfang durch die Eigentümerin sehr zeitnah nach unserer Ankunft vor Ort, sehr freundlich, ausführlich, hilfsbereit auch bei Nachfragen während des Aufenthalt. Sehr reichlich gefüllte Obstschale im Kühlschrank vorgefunden.
Das Haus hat insgesamt eine sehr schöne Aufteilung und Lage.
Es wäre schön gewesen wenn in der Beschreibung stehen würde dass das Haus nicht über WLan verfügt und der Außenbereich etwas gepflegter gewesen wäre. Trotzdem würden wir es wieder buchen.
Alles in allem ganz ok, Garten schön verwildert (ist eben Geschmacksache), nur der ständige starke Straßenlärm war unerträglich

Das Haus innen war ok, sehr geräumig
Die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße B 305, Tag und Nacht ständiger sehr starken Autoverkehr, Motorräder, Traktoren, Man kann es nur im Haus bei geschlossenen Fenstern aushalten. Gartennutzung bzw. Terrasse war wegen des Lärms nicht möglich.
Betten im Erdgeschoss waren zwar mit Holzlattenrost versehen...
