Our well-maintained house is situated in a central, sunny and unspoilt panoramic location with a magnificent panoramic view of the Watzmann, Hochkalter and Untersberg. The nearby village center with its stores and cafes invites you to shop and linger. We are the ideal starting point for all vacation activities and transport connections in all directions. Thus, you can reach the Watzmanntherme, salt mine and other shopping opportunities.

Arrival Description
The approach is via the A8 to the Bad Reichenhall exit. Then take the B21 to Bad Reichenhall and continue on the B20 via Bayrisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen to Berchtesgaden. If you have a vignette for Austria , please drive on the A 8 until exit Salzburg Süd and straight through to Berchtesgaden.
