Information about the host Dear guests, our house is located on the historic Obersalzberg, district Resten.
The very quiet, sunny south-facing location and the magnificent panoramic mountain view will delight you.
Enjoy your vacation at an altitude of 1000 meters in the pure mountain air, away from the hustle and bustle and traffic.
Our well-equipped and well-maintained 3 and 4 star apartments with 30 m² and 60 m² leave nothing to be desired.
Equipped with table and deck chairs, the veranda and the large balcony invite you to relax.
For your internet activities a free WLAN HotSpot is available.
You can comfortably end your vacation day in the mountain hut Holzkäfer, a restaurant with excellent cuisine, 800 meters away.
Just nearby there is also in a small grocery store for your breakfast rolls and the stop if you want to use the local bus line for free.
Our house is the starting point for mountain hikes and mountain tours in the area Obersalzberg, Roßfed-Zinken, Hoher Göll and Kehlstein.
In the immediate vicinity is the Obersalzberg Documentation Center, an eagle enclosure and the bus departure point to the Kehlstein.
As your hosts, we are happy to be there for you with advice and support. terms/extras The above prices are plus spa tax of 3.10 euros for adults, 1.55 euros for children / youth from 7 to 16 years and 0.00 euros for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).Allergy beds and bed linen can be provided.
Arrival Description Coming from Munich, leave the freeway (A8) at the exit Bad Reichenhall/Berchtesgaden and follow the B20 to Berchtesgaden, here continue in the direction of Obersalzberg/Buchenhöhe.
Drive up the Salzbergstraße (B319) to the traffic circle and continue in the direction of Buchenhöhe-CJD, here pass the church in the direction of Resten, you will reach our house after about 800 meters.
Arrival via Salzburg (toll).
Leave the highway at the exit Salzburg-Süd and drive in the direction of Berchtesgaden.
In Unterau turn left to Oberau and drive the Auerstraße (B319) up the mountain to the village of Oberau.
Here you turn right in the direction of Obersalzberg, after about 2 km you turn half left in the direction of Resten/Buchenhöhe, at the next fork in the road you drive straight on over the bridge and after about 400 meters you reach our house.

Das Haus ist sehr schön in der Nähe des Obersalzberges gelegen. Die Wohnung war perfekt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war komplett und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die überaus netten Gastgeber haben uns zudem richtig gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge und Wanderungen gegeben.
Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Herrlich ruhige Lage, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Aussicht ist herrlich!
