Information about the host
Enjoy your vacation in our well-kept house in the heart of Berchtesgaden. Our single-family house, built in 1991, is sunny, centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In the immediate vicinity you will find the AlpenCongress, the Kurpark, as well as the pedestrian zone with all shopping facilities and numerous restaurants. Watzmann-Therme, artificial ice rink, tennis courts, salt mine or Obersalzbergbahn are within walking distance. The train station is only a 7-minute walk away. There also start all buses to the popular sights and hiking destinations. Our house is ideally located for train travelers. To relax after the hikes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Watzmann and the surrounding mountains from your south terrace with adjoining small lawn.

Arrival Description
From Berchtesgaden main station follow the signs to the center/pedestrian zone, after approx. 1 km turn sharp left into Sunklergäßchen (also signposted AOK!), after Hotel Demming turn right.
Description of the accommodation
Our comfortable and cozy furnished vacation apartment is 55 m² and is located on the first floor. The vacation apartment has a separate entrance. The living room is equipped with a couch, a dining area for 4 people and direct access to the terrace. There is also a flat screen TV and a small stereo system. The small kitchen has a stove with oven and ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. From the hallway you enter the friendly bedroom with double beds in comfort height. Shower, with glass partition and toilet have underfloor heating. The domestic water is heated by solar panels. The car parking space is located directly in front of the house. We offer free W-Lan.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich.
Die Fewo war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gastgeber waren für uns da, haben sich aber nie aufgedrängt.
Ein großer Baum (nicht der unserer Vermieter) versperrte uns den ungetrübten Blick von der Terrasse auf den Watzmann.
